The BCCJ Business Network provides leadership resources to help companies strengthen their social responsibility strategies. BCCJ launched the Network in 2007 in order to not only develop individual leaders, but also serve entire organizations. The Network focuses on strengthening companies with new ideas, strategies, and connections across business sectors, and then also advancing specific corporate social responsibility goals.

Business Network Breakfasts
The Network holds three annual breakfast programs – fall, winter, and spring. Breakfasts provide a working strategy session with prominent speakers and a diverse mix of Boston area companies represented at each table for discussion. Member companies send employees for new ideas, relationships and energy for internal teams. The breakfasts attract a wide range of professionals from small, medium, and large companies in many sectors. At the first three breakfasts, a total of 233 different professionals representing 115 different companies attended.

Service to Member Companies
BCCJ’s customized service takes many different forms: employee training, facilitating program development, or general strategic guidance. In jointly determining the service, we start with discussion of the company’s interests in areas where BCCJ can add value:

• supporting internal diversity
• expanding community awareness
• creating opportunities with youth
• enhancing volunteer initiatives
• developing skills of leadership

This membership is designed for companies whose primary interest is BCCJ's assistance in advancing one of your company's specific social responsibility goals:

• Customized service from BCCJ

• Membership on the LeadBoston Advisory Council
• Visibility as a socially responsible business through listing on the BCCJ website, newsletters, and all Business Network materials.

Affiliate Membership: $1,000
This membership is designed for companies whose primary interest is in participating in the Network breakfast programs with staff, partners, and clients.
