TAKE 50 OR SO teenagers of diverse races from Greater Boston public and private schools. Put them on the rolling, green acreage of a North Andover conference center for a week in August. Challenge them to be leaders who fight for social justice. Add controversial discussions about race, gender, sexual orientation, and religion.
