Leadership for Change is a program in the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics at Boston College that provides working professionals with knowledge, skills and competencies to lead effective and sustainable change within organizations.  Accepted applicants come from a broad range of organizations and diverse experiences to engage as a learning community with faculty and business in 18 sessions over 10 months.  Participants access faculty, business and alumni resources while pursuing a work-based project that integrates social and economic principles for the common good. Each participant earns a certificate and 12 graduate credits that applies to the Boston College Evening MBA program.

The Social Innovation Forum, a Root Cause social enterprise, accelerates the development of enduring solutions to social problems by directing an alternative flow of local resources to innovative, results-oriented organizations striving for efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. Each year the Social Innovation Forum partners with leading local funders to select a handful of effective and innovative nonprofits addressing some of the Boston area's most persistent social problems. The Forum helps these Social Innovators build their capacity and grow their social impact by providing them with strategic consulting, executive coaching, training in relationship building, and a range of other professional services, culminating in a Showcase Event where the Social Innovators present their work to more than 250 area business and philanthropic leaders.
